I went to the auction and forgot half the spares I sent to him. He didnt .Paid me out in a week. Didn't even charge to collect. 10 percen...

Re: What else do you collect?
Pinball guy. I used to collect Bally Williams '90s pins in 2002. Epic games. And prices are through the roof now. Arcade Warehouse had the most but I bought loads before I was into the older stuff.

What else do you collect?
I know we all collect old slot machines, allwins, etc.
I'm sure most of us all collect something else too. Thought it would be interesting to find out what other members collect.
For me... it's Neo Geo Aes game cartridges specifically.

Re: Spicers slot auction 25 Feb 22
I did like the look of the Bryans crane. A bit pricey. But like others have said you might have to wait 10 years to get another chance of one. It is rare. The footballs looked ok ish... but the rest were... in my opinion mega prices. Wish I had kept my working Cascades to sell at them prices. I woul...

Wow. Mental prices. What type of person paid this much for them. Not even a average price. Double at best.

Very nice. If it's under a grand, I would buy it.
Great machine and unusual.

Top collector is Jingle. If he offered you it for 400 you should have snapped his hand.
He has one of the best collections. Machines I have ever seen before and would not mention with out his permission.

Re: Canterbury Auction Galleries sale 5-6 Feb
Sure for a small few it might be worth while. He's a great guy but when you have a lot of money tied in the bible of Bryans machines I personally would want to at least break even before listing the information. As once it is out there the price of the original would be wiped out. After all its only...

Re: Canterbury Auction Galleries sale 5-6 Feb
I am in contact with the collector. However he did pay to obtain the ledgers so as for posting it for free.... you have to ask would you. He bought them in the '80s and they weren't cheap then. Maybe if we had a whip around or someone offered to buy them or a copy from him to cover the investment he...

Re: Elephant House Auctions
Jeeeez the price of the cascade.
I would have had the buckleys and a few other machines.
As Jingle you used to say yoh have to put the leg work in to find the machines.
Looked like a great auction Steve. Congratulations

Re: Coventry Auction 25/11/18
A great auction. Jerry and the guys are friendly and very efficient. I was selling on the day so have to wait for the buyers to pay in. I was still out around 4 ish and hitting the road. The pay in went down fast. !THUMBS! The auctioneer is brilliant seems to get better every year. I'm not sure if i...

Re: Elephant House Auctions
I've attended probably 7 out of the last 10 Coventry auctions. Reasons I haven't been: As a previous poster had said it depends on what machines are on offer. This has only become an issue the last few years due to the dates clashing. If not I would attend anyway. We all understand the reason for th...

Re: Coin operated fortune teller on ebay
I'm the seller of the fortune teller. And as moon river clearly knows more about the machine then me. Have you seen the machine in person or have you seen the auction catalogue or have a copy to be able to compare the two? With your comments with nothing to back up that I'm trying to pass as the sam...

Rotomat slot machine
In years of collecting I've never owned one until a few weeks ago when I was collecting a machine and the guy offered me one at a price I couldn't refuse. I've always looked down on them. However...... how good are they. So much crammed into one heavy box. The feature button to re-spin the first ree...
