Re: Have you seen what we mustn't talk about?

Further to what I said above about Auction Houses making hay while the sun shines. As most here I am registered with the sites that act as a go between for buyers and auction houses, and for that privilege you can end up paying two sets of premiums. Following another of my hobbies I was aware of a s...

Re: Anyone had tokens made for machines?

Not forgetting that using tokens/tickets on rides stops the "Gaff Lads" pocketing or short changing. BP :tut I am looking into the feasibility of having play tokens the size of old one pennies made for my machines. I think you're adding a cost as well as removing the quirky attraction of handling th...

Re: Have you seen what we mustn't talk about?

Crazy, you would have thought A&G would have dropped the fee for their own online auction service given current crisis, given they already charge 22% On top of all this, many may not be able to collect on the day, especially online bidders, they have an additional charge of around £130 per item to ...

What the dickins is happening?

It's crazy enough to merely look at the end game of this auction. Not only is it a £250(IMO) Aristocrat Arcadian but it's an OXO conversion which means the pay outs have been reduced to just two. It's truly staggering enough to see it end at £620 !!!!! but if you believe the bid history there were 3...

Re: Hoopers Automatics Skill Score pinball machine

Well sorry for casting aspersions your way BP! I'm amazed they tried to partly reinvent the already very reliable spring bumpers. I can only imagine it was a much cheaper way to produce the game by not having to draw and apply any kind of artwork!? Sadly makes for an extremely boring looking game. ...

Check up at The Quack's

A couple of years ago I went for my regular check up at The Quacks. What with the meds I have to take to prevent me biting strangers' heads off and the treatment for my diabetes I think they're just trying to work out how much longer I'm going to be a drain on The NHS. It amuses me because my type t...

Re: How long before it’s re listed

I was watching that machine, just to see what people would pay for a repro, that didnt work. I was amazed when it went to over a grand, then it went down to £720, then back up to over £1000. Why? Do people really pay that for something that bad? Ignorance Desperation Phishing Choose any one from th...

Ford Probe ....Honda Jazz Mag ?? Daf? I think I might have seen 8 clowns climb out of one just before it exploded at the circus one night. Is a Toyota really licensed to be driven outside of the garden? Should you pick your date up in a Rapier or Stag without avoiding her Father? Finally should you ...
