Once they have it up and running, it will be interesting to see how the automaton works. The picture of the mechanism shows only a mechanical card dispenser, no linkage to the scene at the top of the machine. I'm assuming it is all mechanical. Pictures! I want more pictures. Just a thought, Aaron. These machines would be designed to accept the British 1D coin which is similar in size but thinner than the US fifty cent piece. An interesting project, Pauljt71. On the subject of patrons pocketing your coins, I wonder if one that has a hole in the middle would be more theft proof? It resembles a slug more than a commercial coin and thereby has less appeal. Just a thought.
