Wonders Win and Place backflash?

Post by jack sabbath »

Hi There, After many years of wanting one I have finally bought myself a penny machine.

Basically it's a bucket of bits but I like a challenge. I've just discovered this site and it's late so I'm not going to trawl through it now but I thought I would ask. I need a Wondermatics Win and Place backflash. Are these available anywhere?
Thanks in advance.

There are a few backflashes scanned into the Resource section of the forum (membership required), but I don't see any Wonders. Someone may have one on the forum if you are patient. If not, I would repost the question with 'Wonders backflash' in the title to get folk's attention.

Hi "jack sabbath" and welcome to the forum.

As Raj said either have a shufty through The Resources section and/or use the Search. I know it's a machine that's attracted a fair amount of chatter over the years, although I don't recall a back flash for it it might jostle somebody's elbow into doing one?

hi JS not sure of your location but I think there has been a couple of original flashes for this machine sold recently at the elephant house auction could be worth keeping an eye out there

Hey Everyone,
Thanks for the replies,Ive taken the original to someone today and he thinks he can make one for me.
I'll post some pics up when its done, its the one without the horses!
All the workings came in a bucket as the board the game mounts on had completely disappeared with woodworm though the case is fine!
What thickness should the board be?
Great site by the way :D

Thanks again

I have already found that it is a bigger job than I first thought after going through the site and I am missing a few bits!!

My wife seems to think replacing our bathroom is more important but I will try and crack on with it :D
