Brian - the payout crank mech and win/loose box both look as if they are from the Oliver Whales stable, - other bits don't so it has probably seen some operator modifications in its time, most important thing is if you like it, then happy days. !!THUMBSX2!!

Thanks for the info Arrgee - I do indeed like it from a "looks" viewpoint so next step before starting on the cabinet repairs is to get it firing properly. At the moment the hammer doesn't quite strike the ball and it looks like this is due to the bottom track being slightly out of line (the ball doesn't quite sit high enough up to be hit cleanly) so a bit of experimenting needed!
