I recently got hold of this. Bits missing and broken. Just wondered if anyone knows anything about it. If anyone has pics of the inside workings would be great.

Done what you suggested and it's worked and both rods are doing what they should. Thanks again. Got to make a coin tube and redo the numbers, but getting there. I've added a picture of the case I had to make and repainted parts.

Hi. Thanks. I understand a bit more about the workings with your help. I cleaned where the rod goes through and there is easy movement. The slide just needs to move only a fraction more to allow the rod to drop through. I'm wondering if it's just down to wear on the mechanism that moves that slide.

Hi thanks for letting me join. I've recently got hold of Novomat. I had to completely replace the wood case. I put the mechanism back before doing too much work on it to see how it performed. I believe the side rod should drop into the slot when the handle is pulled, but the bar with the slot isn't ...
