I saw an online only farm sale last weekend go on Fri / Sat to view bid at the weekend. It finished on Monday, at 10am, one lot every 30 seconds, about 400 lots. The commission was 5% only. Yes, all the lots at the vender's farm, so no storage costs... but only 5%... Why are these auction houses ...

This auction getting a lot of advertising it was on bbc1 news tonight at 6.30. He's hoping for over 100k...all going to be sold over the Internet. 38% commission is greedy so I'll give it a miss...
