Re: Does anyone have pics of the Brenco Mystery Arrow?

Unfortunately, it was a picture from an outside source and not a picture that I now seem to have. I lost an awful lot of info on a lost hard drive.

I’ve got the same machine as yours to compare with (seems to have been marketed as ‘Joy Stick’ or ‘Transatlantic’) and unfortunately it’s totally different.

Re: Isle of Man Steer-a-ball

It got partially restored. There was a couple of bits misting. Unfortunately, although I provided information to someone who had another to assist with information on their restoration, my request for reciprocal information to assist on mine went unanswered. Then other project swamped me a little an...

Yes, the original machines use earlier technology and more robust components (as shown below).

When is a viewer not an Oliver Whales viewer?

I have to ask the question, does the bidding on this item reflect the view that this is an Oliver Whales 3D viewer? If so, sadly someone is in for a rude awakening. Although, to be fair to the seller, it’s not described as a Whales viewer, the fact it has Oliver Whales artwork tends to imply that it...

Re: It's a Knockout

My old computer with decent pics got fried - so pic I uploaded is the only one I believe I now have. As the weather is getting better I’ll try and dig it out in a while and get a better shot.

Sadly, so far not been able to find any reference anywhere to this machine, nor another example. So, there remains an element of mystery about it.

Re: Cheap penny flick maybe BMco

Saw this when the auction was live. It was listed as an auction or make offer. Offered him £300 which he refused. !PUZZLED! Apparently the seller paid around £460 with commission in an auction and was offered a profit on it by two parties as he left the auction. So that explains why he didn't accep...

Re: Cheap penny flick maybe BMco

Actually, it did sell for that price - so all was genuine on ebay. The seller anticipated more active interest and lost out on the item. Apparently after the auction he was contacted by numerous parties offering more, but honourably stood by the auction result.
