Re: Mills Hi-top

Saw that and never noticed the Tura mechanism in it as they look very similar to an old 10 stop Mills machine. This machine, like many, is a conversation back in that day and not a factory Mills machine. Coin entry on right, ply cabinet etc... Maybe even castings are copies. At the end of the day i...

At the end of the day they are just showing they are doing their best to comply with local rules. I believe they have searches for key words when listing, eg when I have...

Re: Where have all the slots gone?

Brian, why bother with an Allwin, not much point....

I see the elephant house site is being updated at the moment, maybe some news will come out once back online. Also maybe there would be appetite for an early Coventry auction in March, if the suggested rollout of the Covid jabs goes to plan

I knew one part was broken after getting into the locks machine after buying, but w...

Re: Adjust Sega reel brakes

You have short memories. This Imperial has electrickery on the payouts, so no slide stack, lots of leaf contacts etc.......

Re: Sega Imperial - no payout on 1 cherry

It must make a hell of a sound when paying the jackpot with the single solenoid. !OMFG!

Re: Duomat restorations

It has been mentioned many times before, but there were laws in Germany around the time of operation of machines at the time. Some machines I leave like 3 reelers, b...

Re: How do I clean this?

I have never used sandpaper on this type of item, but use wire wools reducing the fineness with polishing compounds. Only using polishing wheel if high shine is possible as they are bloody messy....there could be staining in the metal itself of course
