Re: Darts

You don't get out much then? :HaHa: :HaHa:  I sold it stupidly cheap on Colcon for others to make a profit, just needed the space. Try searching this site you will see history………maybe I need to use eBay instead as it is not the first time stuff I have sold on Colcon that goes straight on eBay…...

Re: Kraft Extrawin penny arcade machine - Repair needed

I honestly don’t know when they updated the site, but I sent messages from saleroom a week ago and in the end sent a message direct. They told me end of last week they shared pictures on their site. The machine probably had bad woodworm for years as per pictures at beginning of this thread, but is d...

Re: Oliver Whales Lock Replacements

Sorry confused as you mentioned you had poor quality ones……fairly certain these are the same as we discussed recently where the hole is offset, as such very difficult to directly to replace as most modern locks are centered in the middle, as such would need some adjustment to fit….

Re: Kraft Extrawin penny arcade machine - Repair needed

I was about to post about an Extrawin for sale today on another post, but realised it was the same as this thread. Main reason for posting, was my annoyance at the auction house not updating the listings on Saleroom and Easyspace on the state of it inside. I noticed the pin holes on the picture and ...

Re: The Repair Shop BBC 1

* Topic moved & merged - Site Admin. Tonight’s Restorers had yet another machine, but this time something special. I have added under this thread * as I assume this strength tester is made by Matthewson, but is labelled Rowlands of Manchester who earlier was suggested to operate over 800 of the...

Re: Aristocrat Arcadian help

Yes, so the rod is there to stop the fan on the clock; great idea only used on Aristocrats. It should be pulled out to let the clock fan spin. You will see it at the back. I like WD40, great for breaking down hard grease and I will always use on parts that are gummed up. There are others that hate i...

Re: Aristocrat Arcadian Help

Welcome, Pennies changed to steel in 1987. Post that, if a magnet exists, which originally they did, they would jam and need rejecting. Also the post 2002 coins (fat queen head) can be thicker and affect payouts, so use older copper ones. I have thousands as I kept them for years for this reason. Do...

Re: interesting restoration project of 40+ bandits

Ha ha ha, the words “oh dear” come to mind. To be honest, they are bottom end machines and were in a state, so at least they work and don’t leave a rust trail around the house now. Except the Melon Bell, which deserved a better outcome. Not sure I understand the logic of changing all nuts, bolts and...

Re: Tumbling Prices…

As I say, please share, as I haven’t seen any and watch eBay like everyone……only cheap ones are trash normally.
