Re: Round or square denominator on Mills War Eagle

Yes, all the repro ones typically have the square badges… Mills did use square badges on some slightly later models.

Re: David G Smith Auction

I suspect it is correct, the auction house should have addressed most of the issues discussed, that is what they are paid for in commission……normally the vendor does not get involved, unless the auction house needs further guidance. Sounds like a nightmare…..I know we moan in the UK about some of the ...

Re: "Rola Bola" allwin catcher

The guy who owns it posted pictures on Facebook including mechanism, but has since removed them. Was bought cheap at an auction recently apparently. Not seen this type before.

Re: Beromat in Sterling case

Hello Geoff, So firstly the spring attaches to the same point as the other spring. See below: IMG_20240907_230022352.jpeg Next the reel strips alignment. Re: Jentzsch & Meerz Jackpot allwin

Excellent Mr PM, !!THUMBSX2!! , yes glad I bought and you didn’t bid :HaHa: I wonder how many noticed the jackpot feature. I have sent a message to Longobongo as noticed he never shared a picture of the mechanism. Also his was a single ball variant like the one you have shared and appears slightly d ...

Grab yourself a bargain for this rare Allwin badge on eBay for £60……could be yours  Of course you could put it back on a pram where it came from, seems the seller thinks it comes from a machine :HaHa: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/204969153320?itmmeta=01J6NDPE798YBTBKBW5WHKRC84&hash=item ...
