Re: Hawtins Allwin

No, and looks nice. As you say, it looks like old plastic with the cracking so either a rare version or a showman’s modification, but done well.

Re: Aristocrat Moneytree

You should have 6 slides as it is a standard 20 coin payout, so order from bottom upwards is 2 coin, 3 coin, 5 coin, 4 coin, 4 coin and a 2 coin on top. The pin that holds all the upper fingers in place goes through each of them. One thing not asked, was whether any of the upper fingers are touching...

Re: Aristocrat Moneytree

The dog or kicker should not stop the timing bar. The cam you mention does allow small adjustment as it is offset and you can hand turn around to the thinnest setting, but doubt it would be enough. The slides - we need to see your award plate on the front of the machine to know what is the correct n...

Re: Aristocrat Moneytree

The part shown pushes back the vertical fingers and I cannot tell if out of shape as don’t have one in front of me to compare. The timing bar shown below should move further to the left to complete the cycle and release the slide stop lever. Try by hand moving this to the left - it should go all the...

Re: Temple’s Penny Arcade Trailer Project

It’s great weddings are back in full flow again as I am finally busy again |/XX\| I have never seen a vintage arcade at an event, but lots of fairground games, circus related items, magicians etc... People look for add-ons to amuse the guests... There are so many wedding venues, many would add you t...

Re: Aristocrat Moneytree

Trouble with these videos is you’re firing the machine so quickly it is difficult to tell what the hell is going on. What would be good is to see clear still shots from all sides before you cycle the machine (full pictures of mechanism, not zoomed into a spot). I am particularly interested in see th...

Re: Ball catching games

I wondered if would get a kick back, love stirring the pot occasionally it livens up the site a bit. :HaHa: I certainly would never compare any skill game to a bandit and never did. I also own many skill machines, especially two player games and love them, but the Payramid is too quick, the Retreeva...

Re: Ball catching games

Personally I have never found Bryans catchers interesting, especially Payramids and Retreevas - I lose interest very quickly. The Retreeva has a great presence though. This machine changed hands quick as it only sold on Colcon (Elephant) in the last couple of weeks and I did see in person. I thought...
