Re: Win and place allwin
Yeah I am sure it won't be the hardest task to complete. It's been converted to new 1p play with no payout. Ah well.
I paid a bloody fortune too. £80 buy it now on ebay!

Re: Skittles
I bought this, looked cool, although I was surprised when the coin didn't actually enter the field but I still think it has a lovely look about it. It was sold as non working, although the back of the machine looks complete enough, the front payout and push to start button is just a mass of wires, w...

Hi, has anyone got one of these and could send me a few pictures of the mechanism, I just picked one up with bits missing everywhere
Anyone got the slide for the penny when it goes into the machine?

Re: Bryans Double Decker restoration & motor
I found a new Parvalux motor for sale, 12rpm, 240v so same spec. £250 and it looks like it wont burn out, cheaper than a rewind anyway and probably will last longer. Since when were motors £250?!
Will post some pics when I have done the cab and got it properly working!

Re: Bryans Double Decker restoration & motor
My father said it was an induction motor as used in fans etc., for constant operation... My motor doesn't look too far off that but not exactly, those motors were probably common as much in the 1970s! I don't really know what to do, I will have a good google search for motors later I think... Ebay d...

Re: Bryans Double Decker restoration & motor

Re: Bryans Double Decker restoration & motor
Ah B&Q eh, great! As far as I can tell, the coin box is that stuff in gold colour and the rest is pink! Does it matter to originality if I change the old tatty alu with new stuff? May look better all in the same colour... Motor is least of probs! But it's 240v and 14rpm I think (through a gear b...

Bryans Double Decker restoration & motor
Hi, I have one of these in very sorry condition.
How would the pink be restored to the aluminum without replacing it?
Need a 220/240v motor for it, any kicking around?
Phil
