Thank you for everyone's replies. The issue is now fixed. I won't show you what I did as it's a mess, but it works. It involved plastic, double sided tape and insulation jointing tape. lol If the same issue arises, I will use the information and fix it correctly like I've been advised. So thank you....

I took some pics. Not sure if the slope is too low from the mech or too high. Or the slope on the hopper is too high or low or too short. Maybe someone can spot the obvious. A up :) Nice to hear from you. It's on 2p, sorry I didn't stipulate. I've already opened the whole gate up on the mech so the coins just drop straight through, trigger the microswitch and credit. The coins though either are not travelling fast enough to bridge the gap between the bottom of the mech ...
