Re: Goldfinger Big Jack

I am lucky on one thing - I am a retired electrician, so that really helps with problems in these things. Anything goes wrong, it's pounced on and sorted. May take some time but sorted. Mine was also made in Belgium, but I know they had an office in Vegas. The flyer for mine has an address in Stockh...

Re: Goldfinger Big Jack

Hi, I have only seen one Competition Industries slot on ebay - a different one to mine and your machine, and asked if any paperwork. No luck, and a few other might haves. I am fairly sure they may not exist - probably destroyed when the company folded. They were only running for a few years. They we...

Re: Goldfinger Big Jack

Hi, I have a machine by the same company and have been looking for ages for a diagram and have given up. A four reel 1-6 coin multiplier to a maximum payout of 1800 coins: 300 by machine, the rest by attendant, but 600 on the Goldfinger feature. This link should take you to a site with several flyer...

Re: BDR Breadbin

The one I had was quite simple to remove. If you look where the handle boss enters the inside of the case, there was a ring cut into the boss where a lever operated plate dropped in, anchoring the operating arm. Lift it up and move the handle out with a bit of jiggling and, if I remember right, two ...

Strange, an identical machine was on the repair shop yesterday, you wait for ages, then two turn up.

Re: Bally 809-f

The two Rio slots hoppers that are listed may well be u/s for the Bally 809. The Rio slots have a 20p top payout. On 2p play that's 10 coins. My 809 has a top payout on coin one of 200 coins. I can only guess yours may be the same, but with the total lack of info, can only guess. The seller of the R...

Re: Fluorescent starters

Have a look at 152777792527 on ebay, or similar ones for approx £2.34 inc. post from China - you can't beat them. I had my doubts at first and had one on test over night - no problem, not even warm. The 8 - 22 watt also OK for 4 watt tubes. If I have any problems, I strip the old control gear out an...
