Re: Large Fortune Teller
Many thanks for the pictures
Perhaps at least the year of production can be determined via the label which can be found in the machine. I'll get better pics soon.

Re: Unknown project
Hey. I don't think that your playfield is from an "Olympia" (Jentzsch & Meerz). The "Olympia" has a different playing field and also looks significantly different from the back. This is the "Olympia I" with 6 holes: Olympia_1930_Jentzsch_und_Meerz_01.png And here is...

Re: Bajazzo Clown wall machines
Looks good.
But why did you remove the reserve ball mechanics? This is very rare with such Clowns.
I'm sure it was added later, but somehow it's also part of the history.
Nevertheless a very nice machine.

Re: Bajazzo Clown game
Hello. I think the machine from the first post is not a Giese-Bajazzo. The mechanics are based on the same principle, but are implemented completely differently. What is safe to say is that the machine was made in the late 1920s/ early 1930s. -- and now some more or less useful information: :burp: A...

Re: Bajazzo Clown wall machines
3. My machine has the serial J354 stamped into it is anyone able to tell me approximately the year it was made? Could you post more pictures of your machine, including the inside? This would help to find the producer and production time of your Clown. Judging by the picture you posted earlier, I wo...

Le Clown Bajazzo
Hi. I have attached an A4-printable PDF with the original Clown/Bajazzo-lithography which was used since 1910 in different color saturations. (Added to downloadable zip file - Site Admin.) Bajazzo-pdf-small.jpg If you need to adjust the litho, this video might help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o...

Re: Bajazzo Clown wall machines
Reinhard Hoffmann never sold his machines himself, not even in Germany. He always offered them through dealers such as Holzweißig or Ernst Berger. He may have offered the machines through a dealer in England or produced them for a British company. Besides the initials "RH" there is another...

Re: Clown Catcher payout conversion
... Also any thoughts as to age and maker? I can find no markings at all, except for a few barely-legible letters and numbers stamped into the inside back of the case, and RH272 on one of the levers. Any information would be greatly received! I think it is a lovely machine and it definitely will no...

Re: My new old Allwin
Hi =) "Jentzsch & Meerz" produced a lot of Allwin machines with reserve in the late 1920s and the early 1930s. Due to strict gambling laws the machines were forbidden in Germany. The only version produced for the German market was the "Elektro": el_1.jpg el_2a.jpg See more pi...

Re: 3D-printed slot machine miniatures
If the 3D-Model can be created using simple geometric shapes, then rebuilding is much easier than 3D scanning. With 3D scanning, you usually have to invest a lot of time in cleaning and reworking the scanned 3D-mesh. This is only worthwhile with very complex structures. I build each model in 3D Max ...

Re: 3D-printed slot machine miniatures
I use the water washable photopolymer resin That's also the resin I'm working with. I like the easy handling and cleaning and it doesn't stink quite as badly as the normal one. Sometimes I have problems with printing objects with flat surfaces. The lower surfaces are sometimes printed a little dist...

Re: 3D-printed slot machine miniatures
If you're using online-services as described above, you don't have to print the wax-model or mould by yourself. You simply upload the 3D-model in a certain file format (depends on the company). They'll do the rest (printing the wax-model, creating the casting-mould, cast in brass (or whatever you ne...

Re: 3D-printed slot machine miniatures
SLA-3D-printers are not expensive. The Elegoo Mars Pro is available for around $250. I needed the printer for a (missing) payout-cup. On an old german machine the payout-cup was missing, but some traces were still there: Schale_0.jpg Of course the first step is to create the 3D-model. There are a lo...

3D-printed slot machine miniatures
Hello =) To test my new 3D printer, I tried miniaturizing german slot machines. My first projects are the "Hansa II" (1907) and the "Bajazzo SG" (Jentzsch & Meerz, 1927). After printing the models I painted them with acrylic colors: Mini_Hansa_4.jpg Bajazzo_Anzeige_Vergleich....
