Cheers, I can make one pretty easily as you say with ali or brass. It would be nice to see if the plate had any pattern on it. I would like to reproduce an accurate copy.

I am hoping someone can help, I need to find or reproduce a back cover plate from the coin head on a Caille Ben Hur / Commercial. It's the rounded top version. Does anyone have a photo they could post or maybe even have a spare for sale?

great info , thank you. i will have to find some feet for the machine !, i have some smaller feet i will fit for now. just putting it all back together after a good clean and rewire (all the cable was corroded away .) should be done by the end of the week. Nearly finished, just need to add some feet...
