Re: Aristocrat Olympic Sweet 'n sour. Thats what I thought it is

Aristo belly awards do come up for sale on ebay more often with some nice designs. My fav Golden Dragon. You will be looking for a 10 jackp...

Yes most were done dark blue / light blue. If it's not too bad always keep original if possible. I use WD40 and Brillo pad just to take the old oil marks and dirt off. If it's too bad, I remove all paint (sandblast or angle grid with a paint pad). Two coats of primer, three coats of Hammerite smooth...

Re: Aristocrat Fiesta

Hi Westlin, There should be a small metal badge plate on the right hand side (sometimes missing), but if it has one, it will have the serial number and a stamp with month & year date (example, '6 67' - made June 1967). Sheerline etc.- pre '65, Arcadian 65 - 1965, Arcadian Fiesta, Carousel, Carni...

Re: Hi from Hampshire and looking for advice

Hi Keith. Nice machines. The middle machine is a bit of a mishmash put together. You have an Arcadian 65 cabinet and stainless steel front (which are great - no rust or pitting) with a later Arcadian Carrousel front flash and surround. This should have been the all in one Arcadian 65 belly unit (whi...

Re: Jennings Peacock help

Hi Nigel, yes I got the gold award working. !!IDEA!! All that needed doing was, where the bar lever at the side of the mech connected with the bar at the top behind the mech, there was a bolt that needed tightening - that's it. Thank God, I was thinking I had parts missing.

Re: Jennings Peacock help

Hi Paul. Yes mounted both onto steel, stuck decal onto clear plastic then sprayed the back silver (3 coats), then glued onto steel.
