Airship Profit Sharer

Topic moved & merged - Site Admin. Good morning folks - would appreciate some advice please on a machine I've just got. As you will see from the pic, it needs a bit of TLC on the cabinet but the mechanism works brilliantly. I have 3 queries if anyone can help please: 1) What should the Zeppelin...

And on the following day Elephant House have their rearranged auction with a considerable number of machines (74 at last count)! Looks like it's goodbye to any Christmas presents to family and loved ones. :D

Just watching the auction live - I thought it was on line only so how come there are "room" bids or does that mean the auctioneer is bidding too?

Re: EH / Collector Connector sales

I suspect Steve finding it's taking longer than expected - his last email said: "The catalogue should go live Tuesday" but added "I’ll fire round another email with details once the catalogue is all finished and everything looking good… taking a bit of time to get to grips with thing...

Re: Pot Luck Allwin problem

Thanks again Treefrog and thanks 13Rebel - the Forum saves my sanity one again !!THUMBSX2!! The Shoulder screw I can probably get from eBay and I have a box of assorted springs so that's no problem. The diamond shaped bit you mentioned, 13Rebel, (arrow 2 in my pic) did look as though the end had sna...

Re: Pot Luck Allwin problem

Thanks treefrog, I'll give it a try but the arm does move freely, just doesn't seem to be enough weight in it to drop back down on its own, almost like it's balance is out !PUZZLED! . If the change of nut doesn't work maybe I'll try adding a tiny bit of weight to it at the end (?)

Pot Luck Allwin problem

Hi all I have a Pot Luck Allwin which was basically just the unit without a cabinet as it was part of a 4-machines display, so I have been making a cabinet for it and have now got around to the actual workings. All works fine, ball spins beautifully and win rate just enough to keep it interesting. T...

Re: Tumbling Prices…

OK - in view of the above comments probably the wrong time to put a Circle Skill machine up for sale but I've put one in the Market on this site anyway as I need the space! (or to be honest, my wife does. dirtdog )

If it's the thumb stop there's one on eBay at the moment but it's a bit pricey if you don't need the other bits that are with it!

Sega Progressive Star electrics

I have a Sega Progressive Star which I am slowly working on but just one question: The electric lead had been cut off prior to my buying this at auction (presume for legal reasons?). I'm happy to dabble with the mechanicals but a bit wary about electrics. Before I investigate further :zapa: is there...

How to date a Bradley's Challenger?

I've put my Challenger on the Market section as I reluctantly have to sell it but realised, belatedly, I have no idea of its age. Are there any clues how to date it, as I'm now curious? I gather the metal instruction plates are a clue as later ones were plastic (?) and the machine number is stamped ...

5 Fruit Flavours Polo Allwin

In case any member is interested in buying this one I've put it in the Market before I try eBay. (I'm mentioning in a "post" as normally items in the market seem to get a brief mention as active topics but this one didn't yet*) I bought it in pretty poor condition (see pic) and have done w...
