Update, managed to buy a couple of blanks, took the lock apart and worked out where the grooves needed to be

I see what you're saying Dave. But how does the player know if they have a free play? I can't see anything on the reels to tell you. Presumably the escalator has been modified so that when the space appears in the window, the coin stays where it is to force a free play, before the escalator then moves the coin along.

I did take the lock apart last week to see if I could make a key, and it doesn’t look too difficult.

Hi TF, unfortunately mine is smaller than this. Mine has an overall depth of 17mm, the key boss is 16mm dia x 3mm deep.

Can’t see it in the market, what did you ask for it ?
