Thanks, it was that. It's done. !THANKS!

Re: Problems on two Sega Windsor machines

What will you gain by swapping the coin entry over to the other machine? Is it in much better condition? The original one looks like it would clean up as far as I can see? Of course the easiest way would be to swap mech (a) into case (b). Not an option? The Mad Money is the machine that will be in ...

Re: Problems on two Sega Windsor machines

Hello all. Today, I cleaned up the Mad Money. It works pretty well. I really like it. !!THUMBSX2!! But the lower glass is a bit flaky. Treefrog, you said you have glasses for these machines. Do you have a nice one for the Mad Money? I'd want to swap between the two machines the part circled on the p...

Re: Problems on two Sega Windsor machines

The Mad Money is almost fixed: the jackpot is OK, it works fine. I identified the 18 combinations problem: it pays 14 because it can't pay more. The upper 4 coins slide can't be pushed by the finger because the notch is too large (the finger is the wrong one to free the all slides). But I noticed th...

Re: Problems on two Sega Windsor machines

Hello, For the Crazy Bells, I suppose it's a mix of different models. As Treeforg proposed, I'll test all the payout options to know what machine it can be. But first, I try to fix the Mad Money. I almost solved the payout problem: I adjusted the timing (I suppose) with the nut on the photo. I say &...

Re: Problems on two Sega Windsor machines

Thanks, nice work coppinpr. Yes, I suppose I could replace the Alfred E. Newman faces with £. The payouts listed on the top glass under the words "pay line" are the "Mystery payout" (photo) or it's the wrong glass and instead the right glass, they place a sticker. Treefrog, if yo...

Re: Problems on two Sega Windsor machines

Thanks.

For the moment, I won't touch the nut to adjust the handle. After both of you said, it's too much risky to try for now.

For the payout, I'm going to test what you propose with the reels and vertical fingers.

I'll let you know if there is progress (or not :#: )

Re: Problems on two Sega Windsor machines

Ok, I'll try that as a last resort. I'll continue to search something else before. I've one or two ideas to test.

Re: Problems on two Sega Windsor machines

Thanks for your answer. I bought coins on ebay : old 5p. I think they are the right ones. In the machine there was a lot of 1 franc. I suppose they used them to play but I prefered buying 5p. I cleaned the slides of the 2 machines and they have no more grease or oil but I must verify the fingers. Fo...

Hello all and thanks for your forum.
