Re: Triple Crown
Which relay pulls-in when the coin switch makes contact? This is the place to start. Is it still pulled-in AFTER the game is over? If so, we can trace the contact which latches it, and find out what, exactly, is supposed to drop it out. Once we can insert a coin, pull the handle, and be back at the ...

The top left controller, the one with the paxolin disc, is probably the credit controller. Are the contacts which engage with the notches opening and closing correctly? I'm guessing that this disc controls the coin in/ pull one/ pull two/ insert coin sequence. Are the 'start' contacts on the pull ...

Do you think that the new penny bodge could have been done more recently? It might be worth trying the NEW 10p in the gold award ...

Three Bells has had an operator mod, by the look of it, to remove a payout.

Re: Triple Crown
I also think that those are the original coin tubes, which explains why one has no visible means of refilling. Without doubt it was to pay the five-shilling token, and hand-filled when required. It's quite a challenge; decciphering the original payout structure, then undoing the bodge of a ...

The concept isn't that unusual, CAM Automatics of Seaham Harbour did a range of them, but never with the 'Bally-Look' which we see here.
I wonder what it looked like before the bizarre and illiterate conversion to New Penny?
