Re: Jamieson Royal flush and similar info and wiring

My jamiesons skill poker machine has the same issue, no shooter part, I am trying to figure out what it even looks like, maybe it is similiar to the outside chrome piece ?? pics are of a mini golf that shoots up.

I honestly didn't know you checked the electrics using the multimeter with the power off Larry, you may just have saved my life

Re: Jamiesons Skill Poker machine

Think I might take an electronics course at college, or at least buy a multi meter. I think you are right though, somebody who understands pinball machines would be my best bet. I have seen clips on youtube of a similar bingo machine that somebody is demonstrating how the machine works. He is with s...

Re: Jamiesons Skill Poker machine

Thank you brigham for your reply, I have seen the schematics picture that you posted before (many thanks for doing that) but I have no experience in electronics. I don't even know what AVO stands for. The machine seems to be complete and is not far away from working,. I would rather put the machine ...

Jamiesons Skill Poker machine

I was hoping someone out there does repairs on vintage electro mechanical machines. Mine is a Jamiesons Skill Poker machine. I have previously posted on here before about it, and would love to get her working properly. Thanks.

Not a familiar sight in Britain, at least not in my little world.
Could it be an unsuccessful attempt to launch another US brand in Britain, just like Cracker Jack?
Or perhaps a shot at the Australian market?
Not in the same league as Wrigley's, although I do remember the brand as a youngster.

Double Bubble vending machine

I recently purchased this Fleer Double Bubble vending machine, in working order but needs the metal surround part for the viewing glass, and was wondering if anybody remembers these. I have seen one in a blue and yellow colour, but not in red, so I am thinking this could be the earliest version? Any...

Re: The Repair Shop BBC 1

The repair shop is the best programme on TV by far, and I bet there is a lot of people on here with broken machines that haven't worked for years. Trouble is, I bet you need a back story / family connection before they would consider putting you on the programme.

Strange colour, I've never seen any Aero advertising from that era (on the product, shop front, vendor, even allwin) that was not the dark brown we knew and loved as kids.
