They didn't/don't.

The vendor sent dozens of screenshots of the Auction page that listed the shippers details to potential bidders. If it wasn’t found by yourself then that does not necessarily mean that it was absent.

David G Smith did not respond to pre-sale shipping and method of payment queries. 🚩 The auction company responded to as many queries as they could pre sale, the vendor responded to as many as they could pre sale. There were literally hundreds as one can imagine, and only 15 business days to do it.
