Yeah he makes them in his kitchen. I bought 20 packs to fill my machine - cost a good bit less, about £1.50 each delivered. Still nice to put the right thing in the machine. Thanks for the ball info. Have to get stainless, don't think that should matter it's not hardened.

There is a guy on ebay uk remaking Spangles that fit!!!! Hooray. Also can somebody tell me what size ball bearing I need for this machine and should it be hardened or stainless I was worried hardened might start to damage flicker. Three small Parma Violets or Swizzles taped together works well. Thanks for the suggestions. Bring back Spangles and make smaller sweets - stop us all getting fat is what I say!

Anybody found any sweets that fit the Spangles sweetie slot? I have tried Chewits - they are just too big. Refreshers work if you remove three of them. I was thinking of trying two fun-size packs of Love Hearts taped together. Anybody else found something that works?

I will loosen the tensioner now. And yes, the older coins did seem to work better. I wonder if that's it. Anynone else had the issue? Thanks.

Still getting same issue with the third last trip. Polished glass and playing field as suggested. Help, in the second last win chute one before the biggest star, when I win the jackpot the penny coming across from the second last column gets stuck on the lever which it looks like jams on the resting pin of the upper lever rather than flicking it up. Happens about 50% of the time. Has anyone else...
