That dial is not readily visible from the inside, it is behind a tin plate. I will pull it all apart soon for cleaning and the mechanism will show itself then.

Hi all, I actually just bought this machine and am tempted to restore it. I has had quite a rough life so it will take a bit of effort. The only stamp of sorts is "JULES" and the number "45". As of now it is a bit of an enigma, no idea of age or maker. I have not found anything s...
