Thank you for the info. I have had a kind offer for JP trip parts and loan of the token JP parts to copy, so hopefully the machine will be complete and working soon.

Re: Extraordinary Escalator
As an update to the above I had to wait until I got a Sega escalator as the Bezel of the Chalmers escalator is not removable, but I have sorted that now. next question is how is the glass for the jackpot held in? Am I missing a frame or is it just glued? JP-Glassa.jpg There is also what I guess was ...

I have managed to buy some of this plastic gold J profile trim but I had to buy bulk. I will put it on the for sale page over the weekend.

Supermatch made safe...
I have repaired a few of the Lowens Supermatch games in the past but this one I bought recently was a little too far gone. The capacitors were leaking and extra components tagged all over, wires off, a bit of a mess... I like this game and I suspect they are not so popular because of all the exposed...

I have this Sega Bonanza Star that offers 2 goes for 6D. This function does not work. I only get 1 go. Is this a only on specific escalators meaning mine isn't the original?

Wulff Perfekta
I am just starting the renovation of a Perfekta and need some help.
Firstly, can someone tell me what the spring loaded thing is on the end of the payout slides? It has a long spring that hooks into the reject coin shute.
Secondly, the tilt mechanism has 3d written on it... Any idea why?

Re: 3D printing machine parts
I can't answer that Arrgee. This is the first time I have done any 3D printing and it was mostly done by the guy who does a lot of 3D printing for where I work. We have made quite a few brackets and the like at work with this method and they seem to be ok but they hold sensors on machines so aren't ...

Extraordinary Escalator
I am working on a Mills Extraordinary which I bought missing the escalator and Jackpot. I have purchased a Chalmers escalator, in the photo, which was sold as for a Mills. The coin entry doesn't quite line up and the mounting hole in the case to the left of the glass is a pivot point for a lever on ...

Re: Painting tips
I paint the whole area with enamel and then with a cloth pulled tight on the fingertip and lightly dipped in thinners I wipe off the letters, changing to a new area of cloth each wipe. Works well for me.

Mirror Glass repair
I have done what I think is a "not too bad" repair on the mirror glass of my Duo Mat. The mirror was missing between the playfield and between the green pinstripes. I used Rust-oleum spray. I cleaned the area with car brake cleaner on a cotton bud to ensure it was spotless from grease then...

Re: Mills or Sega Lucky Horseshoe???
Thank you all.... Gives me an idea how it worked. I might ditch the electronics and make it work with a micro controller (Arduino) I will do an update when I get to that bit in a month or so.

Re: MiniSoccer LTD. Help
It's a long time since I had a Minisoccer but I think they were quite basic (from memory). Is the coin operating the microswitch on the coin chute? The timing is done by the small motor under the play field. This is where mine had an issue and would not work. The motor went open circuit so the game ...
