Re: Allwin Elevenses ball hitting glass
Sorted, I Pritt-Sticked a sheet of white paper on the inside of the glass front, (Pritt Stick, so it would peel off easily). Then Pritt Stick a sheet of carbon copy paper on to the white paper. I carefully slid the glass back. Played the game a dozen or so times, then removed the glass again, peeled...

Re: Allwin Elevenses ball hitting glass
Thank you both, I’ve tried using a wedge to push the glass away from the rails, it helps a little but still hitting the glass. I think the rails are at fault, but how do you move them without disassemble the whole playing field?

Allwin ball hitting glass - remedy
Topic moved - Site Admin. Hello, The steel ball is hitting the glass on my Elevenses allwin, round about the 3 o’clock position and has chipped the glass only very slightly on the inside, but you can hear it hitting when you play the game. Does anybody know of a slight tweak to the runners or somet...

Re: Bryans allwin locks
Yes maybe but I can’t see how this keep would work with an ordinary lock with a bolt. I can see it works with a cam lock. The Yale lock I have on the front / Mec door is not a cam lock and I think it’s the right one as all the screw holes line up, the dia of the key hole is correct. This is my lock.

Re: Bryans allwin locks
Yes, thanks agree, that looks like the one to fit the cash draw. Now I know what to look out for, great. The front door has me baffled, as my pic shows just drill holes that the lock bolt goes in, but did it have a slot cut into the side of the case when it was new? I think I have the right lock “Ya...

Re: Bryans allwin locks
Thanks for all the info on the locks. I have another dilemma regarding the strike/keep of the locks. Mine on the the door is just a drilled hole. I expect it should be some sort of metal arrangement. On the cash draw, mine has a central lock which has nothing - just two screw holes where something s...

Re: Which lock?
Thanks for the welcome, and thanks for the advice. What I have is like your photo, but in the reverse, Yale for the cash box and the flat key lock ( Union) for the door. It just looks wrong the Yale, but if that’s how it should be, so be it.

Bryans allwin locks
Topic merged- Site Admin. I need your help forum. I have a Bryan’s Elevenses with a missing key on the cash draw, so I need to replace the lock. The lock has Yale etched on it, but is this the correct lock ? The lock on the main door uses a flat type key which does look original. So the question is...
