Re: Fitting a light inside Mills hi-top

l decided to try out a single small flat panel LED, placed it in three different places inside the machine to see the effect. At the bottom of the jackpot window, (pic 3) facing up, at the top of the jackpot window, (pic 2) facing towards the back of the machine and on the left of the jackpot window...

Fitting a light inside Mills hi-top

Hello all, l am thinking about fitting a light inside a Mills hi-top but wondered if any members had done this or had seen a machine with this feature carried. The machine doesn't have the jackpot mechanism, it has a token reward tube/slider assembly which sits behind the window, which is blanked wi...

Re: Jennings Witch and Black Cat

Some other things I noticed about the machine are the reel strips are numbers, which made me wonder if they were original to that machine for UK use due to early gambling rules? The seller describes the three buttons below the reel strip window as 'hold' buttons. Would this not point to what model t...

It's still doing well for a machine with a tray of what looks like marbles in the jackpot window?! l know very little about Jennings' machines, so there may ...

Re: Mills Hi-top

Moving the coin mech to the righthand and having a functioning reject for duff coins must have been a small feat in itself, anyone have a picture that might be posted?.
Treefrog stated a '10 stop' mills mech, tell me more please.

Mills Hi-top

Hello, On a popular auction website a black Mills hi-top on one old penny play has been up for a few days. Looking closely at the machine l noticed that the sides look like they are plywood with a wood veneer. The coin box is 'L' shaped and the mechanism has a metal tag with the words 'Automaten bau...

Hello

Hello,
l mostly have pinball machines, Gottliebs, but this last year l've picked up some bandits to occupy lockdown time, 2 - 60's sega's and a Mills Hi-top. l recently saw this machine, (see picture), and wondered what make it is.
Thanks.
