Re: Coventry Spring Auction 22nd March 2020

The last thing we would want would be for any of our older collectors to keel over and have their collections come up for sale afterwards🤔🤔🤔.

Probably the right decision though.

Where are the proper reel tapes? Where is the proper award card? I suppose the next item of bad news is that the jackpot does not work; it is only there for show!
I reckon that’s been photoshopped in, doesn’t look real (sic) to me. Goodness knows what you’d get if you ordered one.

Re: Jennings Governor jackpot

Update, it looks like it is correct as the jackpot actuated, then refills on the next cycle. There is indeed an overflow chute from the coin tube to the top of the jackpot.

Just reassembling my Jennings and wanted to make sure this is the correct set up for the jackpot.

How exactly does the jackpot refill?

As you say, it's a terrific (and still underrated) bandit. As you're going to repaint, I trust you'll preserve the Union Jacks on the sides.
It only has a union jack on the opposite side to the handle. Think I might have to make a stencil to replicate it once I respray the cabinet.

Re: BDR Breadbin

Paul,

My lever is not even threaded where the grub screw should be!

Think I must be missing the latch bar.
