Re: Someone's not a collector ?

Perhaps a separate forum for bitching and backbiting might be in order.
Locked, of course, in case new enthusiasts are put-off.

Re: Someone's not a collector ?

I'm glad I didn't see all this before I joined.

Re: Coventry Auction: Sunday 26th November 2017

I have a Bally Super Blue Star. These Bally machines are neither fish nor fowl. They are either the last of the mechanical bandits, or the first of the Electros, depending on what you are interested in. (Typically, I'm involved with both!). A sort of Muscovy Duck of the gaming world; sometimes more ...

Re: Advice wanted: Bryans Gapwin screws & spring

Jamiesons also used those slotless machine screws. They're a pain in the neck to undo. It seems the original hole in the wood was left slightly under-size, and gripped the screw while you tightened the nut. You can sometimes get in with a junior hacksaw, to cut a slot in the inner end of the bolt. I...

Re: Roto-Pool Manuals with wiring diagram

And the BINGOLA is now up and running!
It's easy when you have the diagram. Thanks to you both for what must have been a major frustration at times.
Now, I've got a worm-eaten Rotolite somewhere...
