Re: Early Christmas gift for myself
Thank you so much dutchboy these are perfect. Hope you haven't done too much lifting! I must be getting old as I can't lift a complete machine these days. I have seperate the hood and the mechanism to move it about. That mechanism looks very nice indeed, I have a mech but the reel bundle is bit of a...

Re: Early christmas gift for myself
A nice find Dutchboy and a great Christmas gift for yourself. !!THUMBSX2!! Please would you be able to post a few pictures of the mechanism and inside the cabinet if you could? Re: Sega Monaco restoration
I really like the Progressive Star with the white top and hope one day to add one to the collection but I guess these are quite rare.
Those are great colours on the Monaco Starlet thanks Treefrog I will use those on the next Sega project which is a Bonanza Star.

Sega Monaco restoration
Post split from Sega Monaco instruction sheet - Site Admin.
After the kind help from Treefrog and Badpenny I thought it was time to post a few of pictures of the Monaco project.
The cabinet is nearly complete now so will be starting on the mech very soon.
Thanks again

Re: Sega Athletic Scale
A Sega Athletic Scale was one the items featured on yesterday's episode of Find It Fix It Flog It on Channel 4. I think the owner said it was from Blackpool Pleasure Beach. They seemed to do a nice job tidying it up and re-painiting it. I won't reveal the final value in case anyone wants to watch it.

Re: Charrington / Mills Bandit
Shame there were no keys available for the backdoor so we couldn't get a view of the mech or the inside of the case. Is it just Sega that made the Hi-top upper castings without central the recess for the logo or did Mills also produce this type? I liked the domed metal scratch plate above the award ...

Re: Charrington / Mills Bandit
Pretty sure Charrington was part of Bass Breweries and there appears to be a Toby Jug logo in the Jackpot Window so this may have been branded or converted for the brewery.
