Re: Bryans Twelvewin Clock flyer
Might be better to wait for a good one, esp. if £500 is tops.

Re: Bryans Twelvewin Clock flyer
I'm from Stockton-on Tees; it's the clock that's in Birmingham!
It's on eBay; I'm on a few different forums, and some don't allow mention of outside sales sites.
I'd like a good, clean example; I've got too many other projects on to start something else as well.

Re: Bryans Twelvewin Clock flyer
It's time I put my money where my mouth is, and bought a Bryan's Clock.
There's one available in Birmingham at £500 (in the usual place), but I'm not sure about the cabinet.
Also, it claims to be on old penny, but the 12 o'clock position pays 10.
Is it in the right price bracket?

Re: Green Ray Television.
Great, thanks. The Wookey Hole one is the one I'm working from.
It appears in Braithwaite's book.
My version ISN'T a fortune teller.
I'll post pictures when I've learned how!

Re: Newbie seeks Jubilee Riviera help
I've just noticed: This machine has had the 'reserved' flap riveted back. This was common when a machine left the rarified atmosphere of the 'private club', and joined the hurly-burly ranks of the arcade. If you went for change in the arcade, there was no guarantee your machine would still be waitin...

Re: Bryans Grand National
Oh yes! I'm forgetting about Tom Boland conversions of what are now sometimes rare machines. One of my favourites was the Greyhound version of the Caille Commercial; I've only just found out that it was a conversion. I've just spotted the give-away on the Bryan's Grand National re-vamp:- 24d! Nobody...
