My 12win clock has an adjustable [red] nodule which when turned will open or close the [torsion] spring loaded finger on the 12d payout position.eg when open it will allow the pecker blade to go into the gap,conversly when closed the pecker will jump onto a lose position.Yours has an extension/expan...

Re Scarnes book - yes Mr Bell, I have a copy and a great read it is too, although the tricks mainly relate to fairground apparatus, rather than coin operated machines.

My 1960 Elevenses is 17 1/2 inches wide, 6 ins deep, 25 ins tall. The cabinet is made of 9/16 inch oak. Hope this helps.

In my opinion 'Automatic Pleasures' by Nic Costa is an absolute must have book. If not available from the Library on this site, there are some on Amazon and sometimes appear on ebay.
