Yes it was actually marbles I tested it with. I think I prob need around 16mm. I guess ball bearings would be easiest but not very colourful.

I imported this as a box of bits from a guy in the USA. Just finished sorting and assembling. Tis a thing of beauty.
Does anyone know what size gumball these take?. Mine are 13mm and just run straight through. Too small.

1977 sounds more like it looking at the electronics. I’ve still not got around to sorting mine. I’ve got some spare components so going to replace the caps and ics and see if it lives. It just needs to reach the front on the queue!
