Re: Watling 1935 Rol A Top Coin Detector rod
Hi,
The missing sensor bar is only fitted when tokens with holes in the middle are being used, so don't worry about it unless you plan on using tokens. The shoulder screw is identical to the one that's already in. You can remove that and take some measurements. They do sell separately on eBay,
Regards

Re: Springs and Sprungs.
Those Clarke springs are OK for simple jobs but not good for 3 reel mechanisms. They don't have enough longevity in them and stay stretched almost!

Re: Anyone with a spare cog wheel for a Caillie or Greyhound Stadium mechanism please?
Take it to a good engineering shop and get another one made almost impossible to find spare parts for and if you find one the condition will not be much better!

Re: 1939 Evans Ten Strike
What a fantastic looking machine. One of my favorite games and well done for jumping in. I had a similar experience importing a Bakers Races from Philadelphia. Not for the faint hearted with such a complex mechanism. If you get stuck on your restoration, contact Mike Hasanov in the USA. He's a top r...
