Re: Aristocrat Clubman & Clubmaster

This is the bottom panel that has the access door to the money box (maybe not the correct terminology?) Paint stripper applied, then sanded. cm27a.jpg Primer applied. cm29a.jpg Lockwood locks arrived today, thanks Gameswat. Needs a slight trim on the backplate so it can close, but looks great having...

Re: Aristocrat Clubman & Clubmaster

Correct, Starlite is finished but I might start a new thread on it, with some before and after shots for reference. The Clubmaster is stripped and painting commenced, chrome pieces are with the electroplater. CB9a.jpg The payout tray polished up pretty good with Autosol. CM24a.jpg cm25a.jpg

Re: Aristocrat Clubman & Clubmaster

Thanks TF, I'm going to try a couple of different springs to see if they work first. I have to wait till the handle and other parts come back from the electroplater. I believe, through research here and other sites, it's an early model Clubmaster as it has the webbing - individual reel windows? Coul...

Re: Aristocrat Clubman & Clubmaster

Thanks Guys. The Starlite was in fair to poor shape and the stand, thought id never find one, was in very bad shape. Happy with the end result, just need to find someone to print the 2 Shilling sticker, original is like a foil type material. Thanks Gameswat, bought two locks today. And the middle ho...

Re: Aristocrat Clubman & Clubmaster

Thank you very much Treefrog! The handle mech design is different, see my pic, mine seems to have an extra few linkages plus the device hanging from the top of the cabinet. ACM1a.jpg acm2a.jpg Appreciate the lock pics as that has cleared it up. This has barrel (cam) locks but do not lock onto anythi...

Re: Aussie Pokies

Hi Andy,

Thanks for the advice, did know the laws weren't the best. So old pre-decimal Aussie coins not allowed?

PM sent.

Aussie Pokies

Hi, Mick from Melbourne. I've been lurking around this forum for a while and after deciding its probably the best source of info on slots, I decided to join. I couldn't find any decent forums in Oz and as there is quite a few lads from the colonial office here, whom I hope to network with, I thought...
