Is the backflash always a screen print on loose celluloid in all cases? I've only ever owned one and that had cockled and split quite badly.

It's Too Big Bear in mind the weight of a one arm bandit when you collect it. Similar with Pinballs... I'm no expert but I imagine they won't be 'M' (metric) series on American machines which are on imperial sizes. I am sure someone will have the correct sizes.

Not sure whether it's true, but a postman friend told me that they run packages through a huge machine and look through a window and if 3 cherries come up they charge the customer X% of the value of the goods

Surely we (collectors) have been 'caught' in a blanket law that was never conceived to cover 'us'. I am sure that even the gaming/gambling commission, who are probably spread as thinly as any other civil servants, wouldn't want to be bothered prosecuting collectors rather than operators who the law ...
