Re: Small turned metal parts
Is this what you're looking for ?
This took me just under 2 hours to make, plus the material (plus of course 2 hours lost time from my normal working day)
So, what would you think would be a fair price for it ?

Re: Caille / Clement & Whales Countertop disc machines
OK, I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I've stripped and cleaned my Caille Commercial mechanism, but something is not correct. If you look at the photo below, the sequence seems to be that when a coin is put in and the mechanism is cranked the lever B moves to the left, and lever C is pulled f...

Re: Small turned metal parts
Put some drawings on here and people will then know what skills they need. I’m an engineer with a couple of mills and lathes, but I like to see drawings before I say anything about how easy or difficult they would be to make.

Re: Caille Ben Hur
Do you think it’s a genuine Caille or could it be a Clement & Whales machine? What casting numbers should I be looking for?

Re: Caille Ben Hur
The case seems to have had a veneer added at a later date as under the top window, where I have removed it, there is no veneer and you can see the original mahogany finish.

Caille Commercial
Topic merged - Site Admin. Ok, so I’ve just picked this up from an auction house. Bit tatty on the outside but the mechanism works fine. Does anyone with experience of these machines want to give me any help in what to be aware of when taking these apart and reassembling? Does anyone have the artwo...

Re: It's Slick
I'm the new owner of the Slick flyer - which is really the first piece of original advertising I've actively gone after and been excited about. Maybe because it has some Australian connection, and the lovely deco letterhead. Slick also happens to be one of my favourite machines - I own two, plus a ...

Re: EH / Collector Connector sales
I can only comment about using couriers like TNT or UPS. These people will provide all the necessary documents for you when you book it with them. You simply have to declare the country of origin of the product, the value and the harmonised tariff code. If you’re a business selling from the UK into ...

Re: BDR bandit intricacies and cash box
I had never gotten to the bottom of its purpose. Another slotty mate explained that if you pull it out it dumps the contents of the pay out tube out of the bottom of the machine and through a hole and into your hand (if you put it there). Pondering no further as to why an operator should want that ...

It’s bloody awful, Eric Cantona on the reel strips means it’s from after 1992 when he signed for them.

Re: Bryan’s Clock Hands
Ok guys, I need some help here. The mechanism on my clock works well and I'm reassembling the hands as Derek has instructed but to align the hands I need help working out how the jackpot works. If you look at the photo below, as I understand it the jackpot is activated when Lever C drops off its sup...

Surely the paintwork will identify it, provided your original listing can be compared to the latest one.
