Re: Jamieson Octopus Penny Pusher joins the show
Not all coins arrive at the playfield, some disappear off to the left and right and go into the greedy box. When coins do hit the playfield some of them, if landing sideways, will drop between the tentacles into the box below. Will attempt to upload a little video later.

Re: Jamieson Octopus Penny Pusher joins the show
Having a look at the penny pusher gallery on here I noticed an obvious mistake. The legs on my octopus had been glued on the wrong way round! I have now swapped them over....

Great Yarmouth Penny Arcade pictures
I have a great time yesterday visiting the old penny arcade in Great Yarmouth next to the model village. It is highly recommended as they have a great selection of machines. I have posted some pictures I took by kind permission of the arcade owner. The place is a credit to the owners, clean, bright ...

Jamieson Octopus Penny Pusher joins the show
Very pleased to share some pictures of my Jamieson Octopus Penny Pusher. This is the latest edition for the Penny Arcade. Late 1960’s and running on old 1d.
All cleaned. Just need to update the knackered fluorescent lighting with something a bit more modern safety spec!

I think you are right BP. As long as I can keep a good supply of old pennies coming hopefully all will be well.

Operator dilemma: old Pennies or Tokens?
Hi folks,
I am looking into the feasibility of having play tokens the size of old one pennies made for my machines.
Has anyone here ever had any made or know a company that would be able to make me? Any information greatly appreciated thanks.

Re: Do we have a Facebook group
I have no intention of setting up a Facebook page. Just interested to see if there are other pages people refer to as well as this most excellent one.wembleylion wrote: ↑Tue Jun 16, 2020 8:24 am Facebook, please Mr P don't do it. It will be the downfall of this brilliant site as it has with many others.

Do we have a Facebook group?
Hi folks, do we have a Facebook Page please? I’ve had a good look but can’t seem to find one. Just to clarify, I am not wanting to set a group up, I am just interested in looking at groups other people are members of.
Thanks Paul

Re: Mills Hi Top Projects
I have found a great range of paint called Rust-oleum Painter’s touch. I did the Jewel burgundy with this and also the black. I have just ordered blue to finish this.

Re: Bonnet for Mills Jewel hi top
Finally have a hood to complete the Jewel hi top.
I can now put the hood I borrowed back onto my other hightop.
Now it’s stripped down time for this one, repaint and then re-assemble with all the shiny bits! Will post when finished.

Re: Mills Hi Top Projects
Hi, just renovated 2 Mill's Hi Tops during lockdown and like you I wanted to keep the crackle finish. I found thinned down Hammerite dabbed on with a short bristled brush gave a great finish. Trick is do it quick and don't brush the paint on. Two coats worked best I found. Pics attached. These look...

The finishing touch to my Hi top case arrived today from the US. It’s a reproduction water applied decal to replace the original.
