Re: Bell Fruit Cascade

Well finally got round to getting it working and it is soooo addictive, spent hours on it in the last couple of days. I have one issue though, the bonus chute seems to ‘give way’ after no more than 3 coins are in it. I’m guessing it’s either too sensitive or something is wrong with the alignment. Has ...

Re: Bell Fruit Cascade lock

Hi TF, I did think that myself but the barrel in my machine has a head diameter of 18.7mm and the replacements are all 16mm.

Bell Fruit Cascade lock

Hi,

I’ve looked through the previous threads but can’t see what I’m looking for.

Is there a suitable source or replacement for the Bell cascade locks ? The lock is out, I just need either a key or a new barrel.

Thanks

David

Re: EH / Collector Connector sales

That seems to go against what I understood. I thought Steve just accepted the highest bid. If the seller gets to choose to accept or reject the highest bid, then surely any lowball bids would never get accepted ?

With stories about payout fingers being removed and award disk holes being filled up, w ...

Re: Restoring award plates

I put it into an ultrasonic cleaner which removed every bit of paint/ink, then under a microscope with a very fine brush added the paints back onto the plate. I used Tamiya lacquer paint.

Re: Stolen Machines

I’m sure most of us have alerts on all the web auction sites as well as eBay and marketplace, so hopefully they turn up. They may just try to sell them to some antique shop ?

Restoring award plates

Topic moved to Tips & Trips - Site Admin.

Me again after more advice.

What techniques do people use to restore metal award cards such as this one ?
