jingle wrote:I don't like the ciggy wins as I want stuff only to operate and payout pennies
How about putting them on Chocolate Cigarette payout?
Anyway, I'm really excited to hear you're planning to operate some of your machines, Jingle.

Re: Fireworks Allwin

Aha - I wondered if someone would say "That's mine!" Hope you don't mind me using the pictures - very nice floor if I may say so. I must have grabbed them off eBay when you had it up for sale. I've had three Fireworks , one on Ciggy payout, and no - none of them worked, or I didn't have th...

Re: Autopay allwins in Bridlington

I'd noticed the topflashes weren't quite right but hadn't figured they were simply switched. As you say, WillBorl, the holes do suggest these cases were made for the manual payout versions. Your picture reminds me that the payout cups were the wrong shape and, more significantly, too high compared t...

Re: Fireworks Allwin

Yes, it's Fireworks you have in mind. The equally rare Rockets was a Bryans flickball-type game which has a simple cascading, exploding firework graphic. I've also seen a three ball allwin called Rockets but don't remember the artwork. The Crackerjack allwin has a very simple yellow fire-burst and t...

Re: Snap

Here's the row of five Snaps, referred to above, at Premier Amusements Arcade in Prince Street, Bridlington. Interesting to see that, although the picture glass is a different shape and size from the first version posted in this thread, it has essentially the same cartoon artwork. Makes me think the...

Autopay allwins in Bridlington

I played these smart B.M. Co. allwins in Bridlington last weekend. It's unusual to see such nice allwins in a public arcade (Premier Amusements, Prince Street). The automatic, weight-driven carousel payouts performed immaculately. The same arcade had two Crompton Tooty Fruities (one just visible in ...

Blocked emails & website downtime

Sorry folks, we're likely to be offline shortly and then it may take between 6 to 72 hours before you can view these pages again. Over recent months several people did not receive the auto-generated emails required to activate their accounts after joining the Forum. Investigation revealed that notif...

Re: Bally Easy Ace?

This flyer is the only image I could find - not much help for copying graphics, but better than nowt.
The fairly simple signage on this similarly card-themed Reel Deal may also give some clues.

Yes, I tested them yesterday and again today - worked both times. They're hosted on Funny-Videos.co.uk which is less likely to take them down than YouTube. Their videos seem rather slow loading, probably because they have a fraction of YouTube's bandwidth, but if you give them long enough to connect...

Re: Cromptons Tip-Em-Off... HELP!

Hi Stuart - in case you hadn't spotted it, you might get some idea about the arrangement of the tippers from the enlarged picture of a Crompton Tip-Em-Off in my Arena article on Portable Penny Pushers - Page 4 . It's the same scheme as the Jamieson See-Saw , next to it. Looking at your picture, I th...

Re: Mills Pocket Vest

Mills introduced the Vest Pocket in 1938 and Sega acquired the rights to manufacture it in the 1950s, rechristening it the Mini-Sega. These seem to turn up more frequently, in the UK at least. For that reason, I imagine it would be a cheaper alternative.
