To those people who have asked me for drawings of the bandit stand, here they are... I used my circular saw to cut as I found it far more accurate (and less effort) than sawing by hand.

That resistor you're pointing at should be 1k and looks to be 5w. I bet those diodes are goosed as well.

Re Sega Victory, the lights are across the mains input irrespective of what the transformer has been set to, the tappings on the transformer only effect the secondary voltages ie 28v and 6v (AC) . Hope this helps.
