For those people who moan about the Coventry auction, just stay home and miss out on a bargain or two. Yes it can be frustrating, waiting to pay and go home, but as a collector I think one or two days a year having to wait an extra hour or so to pay and collect is not the end of the world..... Remem...

I have a Jennings governor converted from old shillings to the new ten pence piece. I noticed that a lot of coins started to reject for no reason. I never had a problem before......I soon realised that all the rejected coins were the latest design 10p's and have a metallic content! So the early styl...

hi Nigel, one of my dream machines is the pace kitty, i don't have one. maybe one day.......you could see my point in regards to the permits. i am guessing ebay have never asked to see one!

just out of interest.....has anyone ever listed a slot machine on ebay and stated "gaming commission permit applied for" ? i guess if that were to pass the test you could use that wording to sell more than one machine.....or has anyone from ebay ever asked to see a copy of the said "p...

Just beware that paint can hide all kinds of nasty things....... I have a QT and it is a lovely machine to play. It plays a lot faster than a full size bandit. And remember, you have to open up the rear cash box door to release the mech which you can then easily slide out the front.

safe to say these type of machines are out there hiding away full of mouse droppings just waiting to be discovered.......
