From the sound of it, he achieves a slow enough tick over to be able to engage drive at standstill by knocking one bank out. You'd only need to kill one magneto. Ignition system. The ignition system comprises two magnetos, which are attached to the wheel case, one on the left, and one on the right....

As I remember it all these tokens were slightly larger than a sixpence so the machine could separate them. Tokens with holes were 3d value and the solid ones were 6d value.

Re: Sega console wiring diagram

I see a Williams pintable coil used as a reset coil on that stepper unit which I think ran on 24volts ac. Looks like Williams coils could be used to replace any burnt out relay coils. Check the coils first with a meter, as the coils often look discoloured with the paper wrappings burnt off.

All the Brenco machines I have seen are very over engineered. I don't think they would ever wear out!

Re: Bally Lucky Stars one arm bandit

The hopper has timed out because not enough coins and, yes, you need to press the reset button. I think this is somewhere near the red light you are seeing. You may need to pull the hopper out to find it.

Re: Hundreds don't make thousands

Look at the hundreds score drum... when it reaches the 9 position one of the three switches (top one, I think) makes contact and completes the circuit for the thousand drum to function.
Often the screws holding the switch stack come loose.

Just had a look at my cloth backed BMCos and I see the paper discs above each win cup actually read "coin return" I also found paper and glass pediment graphics for "The Favourite" which I no longer need as I am getting rid of most of my slot stuff. If anyone has a need for these...

Re: BMCo. "Wizard" pediment graphic

I have a couple of cloth backed BMCo machines and the small discs with win printed on above the win cups are just paper discs stuck to the cloth. They appear to be original.
