that all sounds very generous, I'm sure Mr P will contact you about that by Private Message, it would seem to me that putting them on the sales page with the proceeds going to the site would be easiest.

The end of an era
Topic moved - Site Admin. My daughter is in Las Vegas at the moment on a business trip and went to see the blowing up of the Tropicana Hotel on Tuesday, the very last of the true "mob" hotels, and a "rat pack" favourite. It was 67 years old. It was the Tropicana that gave the police their first ...

Re: Paying for those Gumballs
We had a small beach property and my father loved the beach so we were there every summer weekend. Having the property meant we were there when all the day trippers had left. These were the days when people sat on a towel on the beach and wriggled out of their trousers for fear someone might see the ...

Re: Mills Machine Payout

The payout slide feeder tube is what you mean, and being full does not always mean it is working correctly. Before moving on to check the mech is working correctly you need to check the tube is not blocked ...

Re: Mills Poinsettia identified
So, clearly a ten-stop mech with new reel strips where (for some unknown reason) the replacement strips were only made to show the actual stops. So, just one of the many things wrong with this machine.

Re: Mills Poinsettia
As for the castings, I wouldn't like to say, but as to your other concerns, 20 stop symbols on a 10-stop machine is of course very common. Some machines alternated which set was used; others simply had 10 extra losers. I don't know if the Poinsettia used 20 symbols on 10 stop but it's unlikely it ...

Re: Ebay fees scrapped !!!
I understand what you're saying Jerry, but to be honest this is an auction, and auctions often have rules to protect both sides. If you bought online at a normal auction you would be obliged to pay upfront to protect the seller as you would be stopping the sale to the underbidder if you later ...
