Correction to my last post. A little more research tells me that Miller's WERE in fact the manufacturer of this machine, and not just the agents.

If you search online for Enoch Tonks & Sons Ltd, or do an online patents search for the same you will find some information.
They have quite a few Patents listed, and some are for the toilet lock from 1905.
