Re: New Sega Diamond 3 Star on Old Penny Resto

Obviously a mix of parts. The machine it is on I believe was never on old penny and only one in the range I am aware of was the Copper Star, which was limited to 6 x 2 penny slides, so 12d top award. You can see slides posts are a mixture of types and there are washers on at least one to raise the h...

Re: Gunter Wulff Arizona

Hello Martin, Shame about that glass, not something you will likely find a replacement for. Funny enough I have a Arizona glass which had a break in the corner, not across the artwork, but the machine was scrap, but still have the glass. It looks like there is a break on the damper arm as well in on...

Re: Caille / Clement & Whales Countertop disc machines

Hello all, I wonder if anyone has a picture of a genuine caille commercial/ben hur back door as I want to make a replacement. Thank you JRA. I suspect they vary in size based on model as square edge type I think are taller than the round edge versions. See below a round edge type, with a 1cm recess...

Re: Vintage Slots in Films and Newsreels

Another old film with an arcade scene, “The Yellow Balloon” from 1953. I only saw it at the end of the scene, but the film is being shown on Talking Pictures TV. Took a quick TV shot and could not find an online video.

Re: EH / Collector Connector sales

So Steve is not involved at all as all automated, you get to see only the highest bid and you either accept or reject whatever price it is…..you never know any bids below the highest if there are any and you have no idea who has bid including any winner….

Re: EH / Collector Connector sales

I was sceptical at first, but it seems the format tends to stop the absurd price escalation we've seen on eBay of late. Affordable allwins have been a thing of the past for years, with even recent builds attracting prices which would only be achieved by good historic types. Yes a BMCo Allwin sold f...

There you go, did use the advance and standard search function with no results, never mind, still nice machine, but would prefer £1100 cash 😂

Price's Night Light vending machine

I forgot to add this vending machine which sold in September at BBR for £1100 plus commission. Don’t remember seeing it in the results page, but a cute little machine obviously designed for the hotel market. From the British Automatic Supply Syndicate Ltd
