Jennings mech with cigarette payout?

I saw this Jennings mech for sale on ebay USA and wondered if anyone knew what machine it was made for. It seems to have been made just to payout fags (or perhaps a token, but I don't think so) and is a work of art in itself. I would have liked to buy it.

Re: Bingolett..... help please!

Oh I never intended to give up! In fact my view is much the same as yours, I've put it on the back burner and started on the Rol-a-Top copy I've had sitting waiting for two months LOL. By the time I've finished that the Bingolett will definitely appeal again !!JUNK!!

Re: Bingolett..... help please!

My Bingolett, which started this thread, is not doing well. Despite being almost perfect as far as the case and glass, I simply can't get anywhere getting it to work. I've had lots of great help from the Forum, especially Slotalot, who put a lot of time into it online but it simply won't reset. As f...

Mills(?) silver Bells

Just out of interest, can anyone tell me about this machine on ebay? I'm not interested in buying it, it just looks odd; the side panels look slightly curved and very new and the guy says (and this seems hard to believe) that the back is riveted on and he's never seen inside, but it works OK. Sounds...

Re: Bingolett..... help please!

If you look at the video on youtube of the Bingolett the glass on that one has the payouts correctly painted in amounts (6d 1' 3d) that look nice. but back to questions about my machine and requests for advice. I think the machine will work as is except for the big problem of the missing payout mech...

Re: Bingolett..... help please!

Happy to post the W/D, will it come out large enough to see? I'll try, if not I can send you the file.. I'm sure you're right about the double transformer as the W/D hints at two voltages. Any ideas on the missing parts? Also did I pay too much? £210, not that I care, I love it LOL
Thanks for help!

Bingolett..... help please!

machine1.jpg I'm just about to start work on this Bingolett, the case and playfield are in very good condition, as you can see from the photo, and inside the wiring seems complete and in good order, except for the transformer area and the fact that there are clearly at least two parts missing. mech...

Re: JPM

Like you, I know nothing about this type of machine other than the fact that they usually have no value. It could of course be the world's rarest machine but I suspect there is something fishy going on here. A look at the bidding shows the return of two or three bidders with similar sounding names a...

Re: Paint stripper

My son in law is a professional specialist painter, just now he's hand painting a 1910 vintage car for a collector (the third he's done). I asked his advice and he says nothing is as good as Nitromores, strangely though he says never use the 'craftmans' version, always use the basic, it's much thick...
