Re: Operator dilemma: old Pennies or Tokens?

Well it is really great to hear from the operators. Moonriver is a great operator. Chris you are so right about value for money and just interacting a little with the customers will have such a difference to your income. It's very interesting that you used brand new 1967 pennies. Did you dull them d...

Re: Operator dilemma: old Pennies or Tokens?

I have found this post most interesting indeed. It started out with a simple token or old penny chestnut which has been talked about for many years. A little history might help. My great friend and operator the late John Carter had this problem many many years back, then because people were bringing...

Where have they all gone

Hi All
I have been advertising on this great site for a while to try and find a Pelham Puppet machine but no luck. Where have they all gone? Not long ago they would crop up quite often but no more. Your thoughts please.

Re: Cottees Auction of coin operated Machines

I think the buyers % is 18% plus VAT.
And a few of the allwins look like they are similar to the ones in the Spicers sale.

Re: Mini Falls, Penny Falls

I thought you might like to see my MINI CASCADE. It is in store waiting to go out on site and it's supplied by Mitchell's Novelty Amusements at Clacton. I am very pleased with the machines he has supplied, both the Mini Cascade and the Copper Mine. Both machines are great to play.

It is with great pride the Lost Scooter Racer is finished. It has been a massive task but the finished machine is fabulous and I hope you like it too.
It is in store ready to go out on site when it's required.

Re: The end of the beginning

It looks fantastic. I wish you all the best with your new venture.
It takes a lot of nerve and money to open a penny arcade museum, let alone the operating costs going forward.
Good luck
